Back in 2011, Hadesheng Inc., a leading die cutting solution supplier in China, was founded in Shenzhen.
Since its establishment, Hadesheng has been handling the businesses of manufacturing precision rotary cutting dies, rotary die cutting machines and non-standard automatic equipments. RFID label high speed compound die cutting machine
The equipment can realize compound die-cutting of multi-layer materials of RFID tags, and is widely used in die-cutting processing of various ticket cards, clothing tags and other products in clothing, electronics, medical and health, logistics and other industries. The equipment meets the requirements of single-, double-, and four-knife die cutting, meeting 99% of the products currently mass-produced in the market, with strong scalability.
The equipment can carry out four rows of INLAY reposting and three-knife die-cutting speed up to 100 meters per minute. Independent double-row INLAY transfer bonding process is less than +/-0.5MM; die cutting +/-0.2MM.
RFID tag high-speed coding machine
The writing and testing of RFID tag procedures involves various industries such as electronics, logistics, clothing, ETC access, anti-counterfeiting, traceability and other industries. Self-developed control system, functions can be developed oriented. Independent three-head code writing ensures the accuracy of each product and improves equipment efficiency. The code writing speed is 15 chips/sec. The equipment is equipped with online CDD visual inspection function to improve the yield rate and reduce secondary defects.

The writing and testing of RFID tag programs involves various industries such as electronics, packaging, daily chemicals, medicine, food, stationery, logistics, clothing and other industries. Self-developed control system, functions can be developed oriented. With process parameter storage function, program call is flexible. EPC writing speed is 420 pieces/min.
RFID Desktop Label Inspection Machine
The equipment is used in the detection of RFID tag procedures, involving various industries such as electronics, packaging, daily chemicals, medicine, food, stationery, logistics, clothing and other industries. This equipment has intermittent feeding mode and continuous feeding mode, which can be flexibly switched according to the different reading and writing modes; it has the functions of batch import and export of production data, and the completed data is archived for easy retrieval. Independent code writing ensures the accuracy of each product, improves equipment efficiency, and the detection speed is 10 pieces per second. The device is equipped with online CDD & barcode scanner comparison function, which integrates code writing, verification digits, barcode verification, and EPC database verification.
